Benjamin Goldman

Benjamin Goldman is an Austin, Texas-based executive with experience across finance, private equity, healthcare, and consumer services. He currently serves as category lead for Manual’s hair transplant clinics, where he oversees the company’s in-person clinical operations, acquisition strategy, and clinic integration across the United Kingdom. Since joining Manual in 2023, he has helped establish and scale the hair transplant category, managing a team of 20 and guiding the division to $2.62 million in first-year revenue.

Before joining Manual, Benjamin Goldman co-founded Heading Health, an insurance-covered telehealth and clinic-based mental health provider in Austin. As chief financial officer, he helped expand the company to more than 100 employees and $3 million in revenue within eight months, supported by $11 million in venture funding.

Mr. Goldman’s earlier career includes leadership roles in finance, operations, and investment. He served as vice president of finance for YP Holdings, LLC, in Atlanta, where he contributed to strategic planning, refinancing, and divestiture efforts. He also gained private equity experience at Cerberus Capital Management in New York City, supporting leveraged buyouts and portfolio value-creation initiatives. In London, he was managing director and financial controller at Blacks Members Club, where he helped lead the acquisition, turnaround, and eventual sale of the business.

Benjamin Goldman earned a bachelor’s degree in global financial management with honors from Regent’s University London.
